To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new order once the return is approved.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
